1. When will I receive my order?
Our standard UK delivery takes 5-7 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days, please contact us at sales@besthomegadgets.co.uk.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom, however if you wish to order from another country, contact us to see if that is possible.

3. Can I return an item?
We only accept returns if an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Contact us at sales@besthomegadgets.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
